. . .of saddle do you have/recommend. Ok. I am hopefully soon going to get a nice lether saddle and bridle for lucky (my pony) and i have noticed that american and australian english saddle look almighty comfy and i wondered what brand you would recommend for me as england make english saddles but they are soooo uncomfy and expensive and all the nice ones cost loads and i only have limited funds at the minute due to holiday and my mum and dad spending sooo much on lucky, hopefully the saddle and bridle shoul be a birthday.christmas present.
Thanks lv yas steph xxxxxxx

Well, I like Circuit and Prestige, but they can get pricey. Wintec is a nice synthetic brand, not real leather, but cheap. Stubben isn't bad for A/P and eventing saddles. I have a Lancer C/C 16.5" right now. I want a Thornill saddle, though. Here are a couple of good saddlery links that I love: www.doversaddlery.comwww.pelham-saddlery.comGood luck with Lucky and getting your saddle!! Much ♥, Kelsey

*Australian? Hmm...sounds like some exportation* No I don't know anything about saddles (the shock of it all) but don't Australian saddles have different stirrups? It is just something I have heard and was wondering if it was true....

I have a Thornill saddle. It's good, but not great. It doesn't have much comfort to it, but that's just my opinion. I usually stop thinking about that during riding, though. It hurts a little bit posting, bouncing up and down and landing jumps. I got a tad more used to it, but it's still alright. It's a beauty, though. I get SO MANY compliments riding at my stable with risk. It looks B-E-A-UTIFUL on him!!!
